Dedicated to the memory of Robert (Robbie) Forbes
This site is a tribute to Robert (Robbie) who sadly passed away on March 2nd 2021. We have chosen DementiaUK as our charity as he was diagnosed with vascular dementia in the last few years of his life.
Son of James & Elsie, brother to Ian & Alistair, he had a wonderful childhood and went on to meet Christina (Chris) in 1950 who he went on to marry in 1955 and had 2 children, June & Ewan. He was a proud grandad of Melissa, Craig, Logan & Regan. He served in the Merchant Navy for 10 years where he travelled the world and left us with many stories & memories.
He is much loved and will always be remembered.
